Toronto: Inside Sales Rep

Paisley Protectives – A leading provider of construction products to distributors and contractors, is now hiring an additional Sales Rep to focus on new business development.

If you have construction knowledge, B2B sales experience and/or customer service experience and want to work Monday to Friday in an office environment than this might be the perfect opportunity.

Paisley Products of Canada Incorporated has divisions dealing with the aerospace, assembly, automotive, electrical, electronic, pulp and paper and construction industries. For the last 6 years, Paisley Protectives, our construction products division has been growing by a rapid rate serving the North American market. As a result, we are required to take on a new sales representative to make the most of increased demand.

Your primary role consists of promoting our highly competitive product line to existing leads and to prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting new accounts found in our Customer Relationship Management Software and through basic online searching
Managing existing accounts, growing existing business, developing relationships and offering new products
Meeting sales deadlines and achieving sales targets
Achieving a high volume of phone calls per day
Work with a sales team that is able to help coordinate with your clients and increase potential commission
Rely on in-house customer service, technical specialists, warehouse and custom sales literature to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

2-5 years in retail, call centre, or preferably construction supply sales. Any type of construction experience will be accepted.
Superior communications and time management skills
Undergraduate degree or college degree
